This website is run by the dental and oral & maxillofacial surgery practice of Dr Afshan Qureshi ("we", "us") at Mukundam Hospital, Pratap Nagar, Jodhpur. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
In a medical emergency, such as heavy bleeding, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or rapidly spreading facial swelling, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department straight away. Don't wait for a reply to a website or WhatsApp message.
Information, not medical advice
Everything on this website, including treatment descriptions, the "What's bothering you?" guide, FAQs and costs, is general information. It isn't a diagnosis or a substitute for an examination. A doctor–patient relationship begins only when you are seen by Dr Afshan in person.
Appointments
- Messages sent through this website or WhatsApp are appointment requests. An appointment is confirmed only when the clinic replies to confirm it.
- Please let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Reply times depend on clinic hours and aren't guaranteed.
Treatment, results and costs
- Before and after photos show real results for individual patients. Every mouth is different, and we can't promise the same result for you.
- Your treatment options, number of visits and costs are explained after an examination and given to you in writing before treatment begins. Any prices mentioned on the website are indicative only.
- Treatment is carried out only with your informed consent, which is recorded separately at the clinic.
Testimonials and feedback
Sharing a testimonial or feedback is entirely voluntary and never affects your care. We don't offer discounts or gifts in exchange for testimonials. Feedback you mark as OK to share may appear on this website with your first name only.
Content and copyright
The text, design, photos and logo on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Patient photos are shared with consent and must not be copied, downloaded for reuse or shared elsewhere.
Links to other websites
This site links to services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and our Google profile. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information. See their own terms and privacy policies.
